OFFICIAL RULES
Definitions
The Campaign The defined window of time that the Promotional Activity will take place and the execution of same.

The Prize Those Activities and Amenities forming ‘The Prize’, as managed by The Promoter or The Host and defined in this Agreement
Participants Those persons taking part in the Activities, as a result of the Campaign
1.0 Promotional timing
1.1 The Campaign shall be active during the period 03.11.25 to 31.01.26
2.0 Entries & Selection of the prize winner and nature of this Agreement
2.1 Entries only accepted through https://casilleromanchester.com/en/ No purchase required.
2.2 A random drawing will be conducted on or about February 2, 2026, by The Promoter. Potential winner/s will be notified by text message, direct message, email, or phone (specific method of notification being of Sponsor’s sole choosing as well as depending upon the method used to enter the Sweepstakes). The awarding of the Prize is subject to verification of the potential winner’s eligibility. Winner/s will be required to furnish valid proof of age in a form prescribed by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. An entrant’s email address must be able to receive messages from Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters
2.3 The Prize winner may invite one other person to join them in the Activities. Both Prize winner and the other person must be at least 18 years old at the start of the Promotional Timing. The Prize winner must nominate such other person and may not change that nomination without fair reason and notice.
2.4 Nothing within this agreement shall constitute a legal partnership.
2.5 This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
2.6 The Host is not a party to this agreement in whole or in part
2.7 Nothing within this agreement shall permit or assign any right to the use of marks or devices used by The Brand .
2.8 Campaign is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2.9 The campaign is limited to one entry per person, email address and mobile number in total throughout the main promotional period. Maximum of one prize per person throughout the main promotional period.
3.0 The Prize
3.1 One (1) Grand Prize shall comprise the following Activities ( The Activities)
(a) A guided City tour of Manchester, United Kingdom
(b) A Guided tour of The Venue
(c) A game of football on The Venue Pitch .
3.2 The Prize shall include the following Amenities ( The Amenities)
(a) The Participants reasonable costs to travel to the location of the Venue. This shall be organised by the Promoter who shall arrange such travel
(b) Quality Hotel Accommodation shall be booked for the Participants by the promoter for two nights, including Breakfast. This shall be organised and funded by the Promoter.
(c) Two evening meals and two lunches shall be organised and funded by the Promoter.
3.3 The Activities and The Amenities are not exclusive to The Participants; they shall be joined by Prize Winners from other activities of The Brand

3.5 No parties to this agreement shall contribute to costs other than those defined as part of the Prize or its delivery
3.6 There is no cash alternative to The Prize or any part of its execution and delivery
3.7 The Participants are responsible for ensuring that they follow all necessary instructions for making use of The Amenities or engaging in The Activities.
3.8 The Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are suitably fit and healthy to take part in The Activities. The Host will require completion of a registration form as a requirement for taking part in The Activities at The Venue and all participants must bring a form of Identification with them for use throughout the use of The Amenities and taking part in The Activities.
3.9 The Host requires that The Participants bring the necessary sportswear (Jersey/T-shirt, shorts/leggings & Shin Pads) and suitable footwear (moulded football boots or Astroturf trainers) for The Activity on The Venue Pitch. The host will not provide any of the beforementioned sportswear for the activity.
3.10 Neither The Promoter, Host nor any retailer shall be liable for any damages or harm that Participants might suffer, whether emotional, physical or financial (including their assets and goods) howsoever caused, during the Campaign Period and The Activities.
3.11 Neither The Promoter, Host nor any retailer shall be liable for any damages or harm that Participants might suffer, either emotional, physical or financial (including their assets and goods) howsoever caused, arising from the provision and use of the Amenities.
3.12 Neither the Promoter, any retailer or Host shall be liable for non-delivery of The Activities or The Amenities where circumstances beyond their reasonable control impact any or all of those things in whole or in part. For avoidance of doubt, this shall include but not be limited to legal, weather, safety or health risks posed prior to, or during, the Activities. There shall be no claim for compensation and any rearrangement of The Activities or The Amenities will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
3.13 One Hundred (100) runner-up prizes shall compromise the following:
Eighty (80) prizes of One (1) Casillero Jammy Red 75cl per winner.
Five (5) prizes of One (1)United x Casillero Leather Weekend Bag per winner.
Fifteen (15) prizes of One (1) United x Casillero Sports Holdall Bag and One (1) Red Hat.
3.14 Runner up prizes will be sent to the winners within three weeks after they have been notified as winners at the end of the competition.
4.0 Communication and Media
4.1 Participants personal and emergency contact details shall be used for the management of the provision of The Activities, The Amenities, prizes and no other purpose. Such data shall be managed by The retailer and deleted from any database or record when no longer required.
4.2 Participants, by accepting the prize, agree that images of their person in photographic, video or audio format may be used for reasonable Marketing and Promotional purposes by the Promoter or the Host. Participants permit the Promoter use their name and a broad indication of their home locality.
4.3 No party shall pass any Participant information to any other organisation unless required by a lawful authority with good reason.

Posterior al registro, el usuario estará participando en el sorteo.
Al cumplir con lo establecido en el paso anterior, los participantes contarán con una oportunidad de ganar. A más números de voucher ingresados, más opciones de ganar se tiene (no obstante, la entrega de premios es limitativo, pues cada persona solo podrá hacerse acreedora de un premio, por todos los voucher registrados).

PACK LEGENDARIO: (Total de Packs 25 unidades), que consta en 01 balón oficial, 01 maletín deportivo, 01 tomatodo, oficiales de la marca Manchester United.01 caja china junior con 6 botellas Casillero del Diablo de diferentes cepas.
“Por Siempre Legendarios” tiene vigencia del 01 de abril al 30 de abril de 2025 en todas las tiendas físicas de Plaza Vea y Vivanda a nivel nacional, su tienda online y Ágora Shop en Plaza Vea y Vivanda. Solo se aceptarán compras y registros realizados durante ese periodo.
Podrán participar en este concurso las personas naturales, mayores de edad, peruanos y extranjeros con carnet de extranjería residentes en Perú.
No podrán participar los empleados, becarios, contratistas, socios, directivos de la organizadora, así como tampoco sus familiares directos hasta el segundo grado de consanguinidad y cuarto grado de afinidad, o dependientes económicos de G.W. Yichang & Cia, S.A., o empresas vinculadas y/o empresas de apoyo a la realización del presente concurso; en general, cualquier persona que directa o indirectamente haya colaborado en la planeación, desarrollo u organización del sorteo.

Premios a ser sorteados: Premio Principal (Revisar Punto 4) y Premio Secundario (Revisar Punto 4).
Notificación a los ganadores: El participante ganador será contactado por correo electrónico, por mensaje de texto directo, y/o llamada según sea el caso. Cada ganador deberá responder en un plazo máximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas de enviada la comunicación. Si transcurrido dicho plazo, no se recibe respuesta alguna del participante elegido, se nombrará a otro ganador, el cual será notificado conforme al procedimiento antes descrito.
Se coordinará la entrega con el ganador, para lo cual debe tener su DNI vigente y/o carne de extranjería, y el voucher de la compra para constatar su identidad y la compra. No se entregará a terceros. Se firmará un cargo de entrega conforme. Los ganadores están sujetos a la verificación de la validez de su participación por parte de la empresa organizadora, cuyas decisiones son firmes y vinculantes en todos los asuntos relacionados con el concurso.
